Prima la comunità is a newly formed non-profit organization dedicated to revitalizing our community by supporting local businesses and enhancing the overall charm and vibrancy of our streets. Our mission is three-fold:

Provide rental assistance: We recognize the significant impact high rental costs can have on small business viability. We will offer financial assistance to help entrepreneurs afford suitable brick-and-mortar locations, fostering the growth of our local ;economy and creating vibrant commercial areas.

Upgrade infrastructure: We aim to improve the physical condition of buildings that are significant to the history and heritage of the community for the purpose of maintaining existing and attracting new businesses. We will offer grants to support key infrastructure upgrades, focusing on envelope and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. This will ensure the safety and longevity of these vital community spaces.

Enliven the community: We believe in the power of community engagement. We will organize and host various events and festivals of regional tradition and custom along with holiday decorations and live music performances throughout the year, promoting a sense of belonging and fostering a thriving local culture.
